Camera Head G11 (11 Mpixel)

The camera head typically has both a PAL camera and a high resolution 11 megapixel camera. Proprietary hardware compresses the pictures from both cameras using the Jpeg2000 standard. The standard lens provides a 45° view on the G-11 camera, with other lenses available from 25° to 85° views.

With a G-11 standard 45° view, people and number plates can be recognised from 50 metres away.
